If you see something on our website that you like, you can email or telephone us for more information.
Ideally we would like you to come to our premises to see the piece you are interested in.
However we will also be happy to send you more photographs, give you more information about the piece, including a condition report, and answer any questions you may have.
Payment can be made by cheque, bank transfer and some debit cards - there is no charge by us for these means of payment. For using Mastercard (Standard, Gold, Platinum) or Visa (Classic, Gold, Platinum) credit cards, a 1.7% charge is applicable. NB: We are charged a higher rate of commission for some credit cards - for example some Business, Corporate or Purchasing credit cards - so the charge to purchasers for using these cards will be 2.35%.
Delivery arrangements are made by agreement at the time of purchase.
The cost of U.K. and overseas delivery varies. Some items can be packed by us and sent by "Signed For" postal delivery. For international deliveries we also use courier services such as Fedex. For example, sending a package of no more than 10kg to the United States by Fedex costs between £65.00 - £70.00; a larger item (up to 25kg) would cost around £120.00. Some courier services will not cover for sending antique items, so we would advise clients to arrange cover with their insurers in this instance.
To send large objects, such as furniture, we would obtain the best quote for you from a specialist shipping company; we would also be happy to work with your own shipper. The shippers will also quote for full insurance cover.
